Pescadero

Pescadero State Beach

I had an hour to kill in Pescadero this weekend, so I headed to the beach to take some photos. The weather was very uninspiring, and there was no real focal point in the landscape to excite me, but I tried to work with those constraints.

Typically, I don’t have people in my landscape shots, but the people fishing were a nice addition to work with. I used long exposures to accentuate the atmosphere and combined this with a second exposure to keep the people sharp. I liked the effect, so I plan to experiment further.
